Conservation and Evolutionary Genetics Group
|We use molecular tools to study the evolution of diversity, and assist in its conservation|
We participate in the following research networks.
Research community interested in the "omics" constituted by scientists from different research centres located in Seville (Spain).
Research laboratories working on adaptation genomics from different perspectives, including molecular systematics, evolutionary and functional genomics, and theoretical analyses.
Group of researchers and conservationists with interest in the conservation of central African ecosystems. Our work is centered around apes (Hominoidea superfamily) and the challenges they face to survive the exponentially growing human pressures affecting them.
Network to develop this system for use in the study of evolution, genetics, ecology, behaviour and domestication, among others.
